Sylfirm is one of our most in-demand treatments. Sylfrm X is Dual-Wave Radio Frequency Micro Needling, unlike conventional RF microneedling systems. Sylfirm X has both a continuous wave and pulsed Wave, which means it can safely treat pigmented and vascular lesions such as melasma and diffused redness, as well as skin rejuvenation and scarring. The device can treat in dual wave from 0.3mm to 4mm with 24K gold needles making it a very comfortable and customisable treatment. How Does it Work?
Sylfirm X uses innovative SR3 Technology (RP), the latest SMART generation tech that selectively treats the skin using Regional Regeneration Radio Repeated Pulse. It uses multiple tiny electrodes to generate a powerful electromagnetic field of energy that safely and effectively penetrates the dermal layer. The Sylfirm X Procedure
DURING TREATMENT
the skin will be cleansed and gently exfoliated before the Sylfirm X handpiece is applied in a stamping motion over the skin. The treatment area will feel a warming sensation and some clients may feel mild discomfort depending on the treatment indication and settings used. There is an option to numb the area, please discuss this with your therapist before booking.
AFTER TREATMENT
A cooling mask is applied to soothe the skin. The treated area may appear red or experience minor swelling, but this usually subsides within 24 hours. Avoid exercise, swimming, and sauna for 24 hours following Sylfirm X.
RESULTS
Visible tightening results come immediately, and dermal remodelling results appear over time. For most clients, measurable results appear gradually in 2-3 months
